We want you to love your hydration experience, but if you are not satisfied, you can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on food products and accessories that are in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unopened Waterdrop products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
